Brief

Creation of an efficient, well designed residential subdivision that sought to enable design aspects that assimilated with its coastal location.

Outcomes

A collaborative design lead to an innovative user friendly layout that challenged conventional engineering design and priorities to the end user experience.

The resulting design and scheme produced for the subdivision critically met market requirements and initial market engagement produced significant levels of interest.

The high levels of demand received from the market enabled an adaptable and innovative approach to sales and marketing of the lots. A conscious decision was made to test the market and shift from traditional thinking adopted for sales and marketing of residential lots.

This adaptability to high levels of market engagement, created through critical alignment to the project brief, enabled additional value to be extracted from the market by avoiding the traditional fixed priced, preemptive view on market conditions and sales levels.
