Brief

To undertake a well-designed and structured residential development whilst considering critical market dynamics around housing affordability but also giving due consideration to its underlying locational attributes.

Outcomes

The resulting design and outcome of both land and buildings enabled effective design and layout matched against the targeted end client’s price limitations.

The result showed a clear understanding of market affordability constraints and provided opportunity for a larger number of purchasers to own their own home in a market where they had previously considered cost prohibitive.

Occupier/owner feedback on the development has been extremely positive and supportive of the cost enabling price point, whilst not having a dramatic impact on final design outcomes.
