Chase is a successful leader, bringing a strong experience of strategic advisory, project planning and community engagement to the Veros team. He has an ability to quickly gain a clear understanding of client needs, provide the best resources and strategies to address client challenges, achieve desired objectives and realise optimum outcomes for all stakeholders. Chase is adaptable, innovative, strategic and practical in his work and is passionate about creating positive impactful solutions for the community.
Chase has experience managing both operational and infrastructure projects throughout the planning and delivery stages and is well-versed in translating strategic plans into operational plans with clear standards and objectives.
In his previous role, Chase was responsible for leading and delivering the strategic and operational aspirations of Surf Lifesaving New Zealand within the Eastern Region, building strong clubs and delivering high-quality programmes. He achieved this through the development and delivery of the regional strategic plan, whilst also leading and supporting the regional staff in delivering all operational and strategic priorities. Chase is a recognised expert in the development of strategic plans within national, regional and local organisations, ensuring that current values and goals are captured with clear, appropriate and achievable pathways developed.
For many years Chase has actively served as a volunteer lifeguard across Tauranga and Waikato. A recognised leader, not only in his work but in his community too.
