Site Identification and Acquisition

Veros undertakes site identification and acquisition for corporate clients and retailers that require new properties to facilitate their growing businesses and enter new market catchments.

Acting as property advisors & development managers, Veros is able to identify land opportunities that suit our client’s needs and negotiate purchase agreements to manage the acquisition of the site. We then manage development approvals and consents through to the delivery of the projects.

From the strategic review of the land through purchase of the land, weighing up the site benefits against, site constraints, financial feasibilities, and development risks, you are in safe hands with Veros.

Tenancy Management

Often finding a new premises is about securing lease within an existing building or retail centre. Veros are the trusted managers for a range of clients who require representation to secure premises for their business.

Finding a premise is a significant decision for most businesses. It effects staff, culture, and customers or clients, but also provides the opportunity to locate a premise that suits your business better now and into the future. This may be through obtaining more space, better light, modernised fit-outs, more car parking or a better business location. Veros partners with our clients to understand their business, their future growth plans, and to translate that into a brief for their property needs.

We then assist with the successful sourcing, lease negotiations, design and contracts and delivery of that space.
