Brief
Veros was engaged to reposition the Harbourside Building by PF Property Holdings before sale.
Overview
The property had a number of impediments before a favorable outcome in the sale process could be achieved. This included a new CMA Resource Consent, a new roof, a partial floor replacement, a building facelift, the renegotiation of all the leases and the carpark agreement with the city council, and the full recovery of outgoings from the tenants.
Outcomes
Veros successfully renegotiated the leases and OPEX recovery with the tenants and the carpark agreement with the city council. Veros project managed the roof replacement, building facelift and partial replacement of the floor and managed the CMA Resource consent process. This provided a substantial lift in the building value and the successful sale of the property for the client.
