Brief

Veros’ brief was to manage the rural residential subdivision of an orchard block, and to maximise returns while maintaining a high level finished product.

Overview

The sub-division of the orchard land between Munro Road and State Highway 2 presents various lifestyle options in an attractive country setting.

Managing this rural residential subdivision has involved removing orchard, old shelter belts and navigating a tricky consenting pathway with traffic and storm water constraints.

Outcomes

Veros’ understanding of the market and council constraints has allowed us to add significant value by maximising lot numbers for the development as well as negotiating additional development rights for the client’s neighbouring block of land.
