It forms the initial part of a larger suburban commercial centre that will accommodate a new format supermarket, convenience retail, and local café/tavern offering.
The commercial centre will form an important hub for the local community and provides convenient alternatives to larger retail/commercial offerings at Bayfair and Papamoa.
Outcomes
A commercial building central to a new residential development of mixed levels of density. The development provides all required practical elements to the tenant whilst adopting effective visual features that align well with the immediate environment.
A positive relationship was developed with the tenant from inception through to completion, enabling sharing and assimilation of ideas to ensure mutual design outcomes were achieved.
