Fergus Bar and Restaurant marks a significant advancement in the Kinfields Development in northern Hamilton, enhancing the local infrastructure and community amenities. Positioned on a prime 2,100sqm corner site, this new hospitality venue is ideally located near key developments including the Rototuna Library, Woolworths supermarket, and the adjacent village area, making it a pivotal addition to the area.

The client’s aim was to enrich the service offerings to the Rototuna and Flagstaff community by introducing a premiere bar and restaurant. Our team’s engagement began with conducting comprehensive proof of project work, which included managing concept designs that adhered to existing consent constraints and contracting third-party reports to evaluate risks and market conditions to pinpoint the ideal end user.

With a tenant secured for the premises, Veros took on the responsibility of managing the procurement for a design and build contract. As the principal representative, Veros meticulously oversaw the build process, ensuring that every aspect aligned with the project’s goals and client expectations. Our team provided crucial cost certainty in an unpredictable construction market, allowing the client to proceed with confidence throughout the construction phase.
