For the Veros team, we are all about celebrating our project milestones, particularly after a few months of slowed down action, it’s important for us to mark key moments in the progress of our projects. And today it’s all about Rototuna Town Centre – with the development’s structure established and fully complete and the roof mostly finished on Block A, we are ready for the next step – Block B.
Whilst this project is still experiencing the knock-on effects of Covid-19 and the nationwide lockdown, we are thrilled with the team’s ongoing commitment and eagerness to push forward and get closer to the next few milestones. Rototuna Town Centre has been designed to provide two-storey retail and office spaces that add to the overall vitality and vibrancy of the area.
Tomas and Gareth from the Veros Hamilton office attended a meeting at the site last week. “We are extremely happy with the progress made by the project team,” says, Senior Development Manager and Property Advisor, Gareth Strawbridge, with Tomas Vienazindis, Senior Project Manager, adding with excitement “all ground floor tenancies are now leased!”
Our team at Veros have been involved in this project throughout various different stages, providing expertise in Development Management, Lease Negotiation, Project Management and Commercial Property & Asset Management.
The development of the Rototuna Town Centre aims to create a compact urban environment, one that allows people to live, work and play all within their local area. The town centre is set to be a thriving hub of activity, in a location which has seen substantial growth over recent years – which as a result is now yearning for more local amenities to service the greatly expanding population.
Being located incredibly close to Rototuna Schools, and nestled against the high-end homes of Borman Road, on completion the town centre will be an easy and sustainable option for the local community.
At Veros creating places and experiences that people enjoy, that attract people and enable businesses to thrive is what we do best. And this is our aspiration for Rototuna Town Centre – so we can walk or drive past this project in the future and feel satisfied knowing that we have made a positive, long-lasting impact on the community.
