The space has been given the name Te Takapū O Te Arawa – translating to “ the busy place of Rotorua”. Haupapa House is a building that we helped transformed for Pukeroa from an old RSA in poor shape, and earthquake-prone building into a fantastic new A-Grade office space in central Rotorua
Chase Cahalane has joined the team in our Tauranga office this week in the role of Strategic Advisor. Chase is a successful leader, bringing a strong experience of strategic advisory, project planning and community engagement to the Veros team. We are really excited to have Chase onboard.
Recently the industry has moved towards establishing the Engineer to the Contract (ETTC) as an independent party from the project manager and the design team. This move has been enhanced by the selection of person, who acts as ETTC, to be highly experienced not only in respect of understanding contracts and therefore effectively administering contracts but also in respect of the breadth of their industry knowledge.
Our team is excited to share the approval of the fast-track consent for Wooing Tree Estate, enabling the delivery of the next stages of the residential development. We are proud to have taken the project through this process and with this result provide certainty to the community and purchasers but also the local building industry. Earthworks for Stage 2 are now underway.
