With the All Black Sevens teams interested in establishing a new generation performance centre, Tauranga City Council CCO Bay Venues engaged Veros to undertake market testing and prepare a business case to determine if a specialist High Performance Sports Centre in Mt Maunganui was viable.
Veros were appointed to complete the Thames-Coromandel District Housing Stocktake, a housing stocktake assessment and commercial viability analysis targeted at determining positive and negative trends in housing stock and supply.
