Rototuna Village

Rototuna Village is a thriving new town centre, a proven example of new generation neighbourhood centre design in provincial New Zealand. The vision of long term landowners, Kirkdale Investments, Rototuna Village is the result of a decade of deliberate planning, investment and best practice development. The end result is a flourishing, modern village centre and urban environment on the northside of Hamilton.

Totara Street

At first, Veros were engaged to undertake Development Management services at 33 Totara Street, including a feasibility study, funding negotiations and leasing/marketing services. Once the project was determined as viable, Veros were then engaged to project manage the design and construction of the new, modern, three-story commercial building. The site is in a prime location on the corner of Totara and Puriri Streets in Mount Maunganui.

Tamakuku Terrace

Veros were appointed by Palmerston North City Council to lead the delivery of Whakarongo Residential Subdivision, Tamakuku Terrace – a quality residential subdivision and associated amenity that represents best practice in design, community engagement and commerciality.

Sanctuary Point

Sanctuary Point is located in a unique coastal position, surrounded by wetland and local park reserves. Veros were provided with the opportunity to master plan a new residential community that sought to create a real sense of place and community.

QE Health Centre

In October 2019 Pukeroa Lakefront Holdings and QE Health Limited reached agreement on key terms to build a new facility of approximately 2996m2 on Pukeroa’s lakefront site. The QE Centre will, alongside the new Wai Ariki Spa and Hot Springs, create a world-class health and wellness precinct on the Rotorua Lakefront.

St John’s Church

Our project management team were brought on board by the St Johns Presbyterian Church build committee to help turn their vision for the church re-build into a reality. Our role involves project design review, procuring contractors and managing the construction of the new church.

For the Latitude Apartments, our brief was to provide a total development solution for the feasibility, design, sales & marketing, and project management of a high-end apartment complex that needed to be highly buildable, functional and saleable, and deliver the requisite return to the investors.
